Welcome to my Psychotherapy Practice
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California, LCSW #25578. As a psychotherapist and counselor in private practice, I help individuals struggling with a variety of life’s problems. I work with people from all walks of life who are seeking freedom and peace. I love supporting people as they create a more enjoyable life for themselves and would feel honored to be a part of your healing journey.
My professional and personal path is rooted in advocacy and empowerment. Throughout and following my academic training, I’ve focused on supporting children, individuals, and families in whatever capacity I can. My education, clinical development, and personal practice have deepened my ability to meet people where they are—with the hope that the tools, insights, and healing I’ve experienced can help enrich their own journey.
My areas of specialty include:
I view therapy as an opportunity to pause—to gently step back from our habitual behaviors, thoughts, and emotions and take a closer look at what may be standing in our way. What old narratives are we still carrying that prevent us from moving through life with freedom and ease? Through mindful attention, deep inquiry, and even shared laughter, awareness naturally expands at its own pace. Over time, this creates space for greater internal peace and possibility.
The Therapeutic Relationship
Change often begins in the way we relate—to ourselves and others. Working with a therapist who is a steady, grounded match, gives you a chance to experience a new kind of connection— it opens the door to new ways of being. We often learn how to relate to others by first experiencing healthy relationships ourselves. When our history lacks strong relational models, the therapeutic connection can be a powerful space for growth.
Sharing your intimate feelings, thoughts and experiences with another can be incredibly healing. Sometimes, simply naming your experience out loud lets you see it from a new angle…your story can gently shift the way it lives inside you, offering a new perspective—and often, a greater sense of peace.
What moves me most about this work is witnessing people engage with the quiet courage it takes to step into the unknown—to risk new ways of being, to uncover hidden strength. It’s a kind of unfolding, a soft emergence into a life once unimaginable, now beginning to take shape in real and beautiful ways.
YOUR PATH TO FEELING BETTER
I know that perhaps you’ve been trying to figure this out for a long time. It has become more unbearable and you are considering therapy. I am here to tell you that it can get better! Gratefully, I have witnessed relief and deep emotion as one begins to see and experience life differently. It does not have to take months of therapy but can actually happen rather quickly. With that said, I am guided by the time that you want and need and I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey toward healing and hope.

Have patience with everything unresolved in your heart
and try to love the questions themselves…
Don’t search for the answers,
which could not be given to you now,
because you would not be able to live them.
And the point is to live everything.
Live the questions now.
Perhaps then, someday far in the future,
you will gradually, without even noticing it,
live your way into the answer.
